Marlink: Bringing Architectural Clarity to a Global Satellite Communications Business

When Marlink's interim CIO arrived, he inherited a significant set of problems — no clear IT strategy, no holistic view of the application estate, and a business and technology function that had largely stopped communicating. Over twelve weeks, Konvergent ran a structured architecture engagement to address it.

My role was taking that work and making it land. Across five core deliverables of strategy, capability mapping, application architecture, data flows and roadmap. I designed the visual frameworks and interactive outputs that turned complex findings into something decision-makers could genuinely navigate and act on. The final product was a single interactive portal, built in Marlink's brand language, that brought the entire engagement together in one place.
