Turning Stranded Data into Executive Clarity

A C-suite executive dashboard that transformed how a global pharmaceutical giant understood its own technology estate, turning years of stranded data into live, decision-ready intelligence accessible to senior leaders in minutes.

The client held a large, high-quality repository of enterprise architecture data in LeanIX, but senior stakeholders had rejected the platform's native UI entirely. Valuable data was going to waste, strategic decisions were being delayed, and engagement with the programme had stalled. The challenge was not the data, it was making it legible to the people who needed it most.

Working across design, architecture and development, I led the creation of a custom interactive dashboard that connected directly to LeanIX via API, the first time Konvergent had achieved live data integration at this scale. The tool surfaced capabilities, application lifecycles and portfolio dependencies in a single, intuitive visual environment, with tailored views for different stakeholder levels. Within half an hour of using it, a C-suite member said: "we understood what we had been looking at for nearly a year."

The dashboard became the client's primary governance tool, adopted organisation-wide and used to accelerate executive decision-making across the business.
