Konexis is a SaaS platform built to solve one of the most persistent problems in large organisations, the gap between strategy and execution. Designed for programme directors, transformation leads and senior operational leaders, it gives teams a single, visual workspace to build, communicate and govern strategic roadmaps across complex enterprise environments.

Built from zero within a consulting environment, Konexis went from concept to paid enterprise deployments with clients including Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Tesco Business Solutions, Burberry, ACCA and Marlink, validating both the product and the market need.

As founder and CPO, I owned the full product lifecycle: defining the vision, leading UX and design, managing a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, and driving commercial growth. The platform sits at the intersection of product thinking, visual communication and governance,a space where clarity genuinely changes outcomes.
