What started as a visualisation brief quickly became something much more substantial. John Lewis Partnership were navigating a significant internal transformation, introducing Value Streams across the organisation, and needed their people to genuinely understand what that meant: what Value Streams were, why they existed, who led them, and how everything connected. PowerPoint wasn't cutting it.
I led the full engagement from initial concept through to a working product, deployed and integrated directly into the John Lewis Partnership intranet. What began as a proof of concept, which landed well enough to earn the full build, evolved into an interactive portal that gave stakeholders a clear, navigable view of the organisation's new operating model.
Originally intended for a strictly senior audience, it was considered so accessible that it became available company-wide via their intranet. The kind of thing people actually explore rather than scroll past, as backed up by the engagement metrics.
